Faith Is a Spine, Not a Feeling

If your faith collapses when life gets hard, it was never faith. It was atmosphere.

Modern faith has been hollowed out into a mood. We treat belief like background music — pleasant when convenient, muted when uncomfortable.

But real faith is structural. It is the spine that holds the man upright when his circumstances are trying to bend him in half.

Build it before you need it. Pray when nothing is wrong. Read when nothing is broken. So that when the storm comes — and it will — you don't have to learn how to stand.
